"Box showed up in great shape"
My order came packed really well, better than I expected. The box was clean, no dents or weird crushed corners, and everything inside was safe with no damage at all. I opened it up on my kitchen table after getting home from work, and it was just a nice hassle-free delivery

"Fair Prices and Good Value"
I shopped around a bit before ordering, and caagearup.com ended up having the best price for what I needed. It was nice not feeling like I was getting overcharged.

The order was straightforward, and everything matched what I expected. No big surprises, which is usually what I’m hoping for.

For the price, I’m happy with what I got. It was a solid deal overall, and I’d have no problem buying from them again...

Not gonna lie, I’m happy with this. It showed up looking solid and feels well made, not cheap or flimsy at all. The fit was good too, with no weird loose parts or anything that felt off. I’ve used it a few times now and it seems like it’ll hold up just fine.

"Support took longer than expected"
I ordered from CAA and had a question about my shipment. The order itself was fine, but I don’t know why it took support so long to get back to me.
I ended up having to send another message before anyone helped. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating if you’re trying to get a quick answer.

"This went on way easier than I expected..."
This went on way easier than I expected. Took me maybe 10 minutes, fit really good, and there was no headache at all. Super simple, simple install.

I really wanted to find something I liked here!! The site was easy enough to browse, but the selection felt limited. A few things I was looking for were either missing or only came in one style or color. It might be fine if you just need something simple, but I was expecting a lot more choices before placing an order...

"Tracking wasn’t great"
It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but the communication was kind of lacking. I kept having to check this and that myself because the tracking barely updated, which got annoying. Most of the time I wasn’t really sure where my order was. They definitely need to make those updates clearer and respond a bit faster

"Slower shipping than I expected"
I ordered from caagearup.com thinking my order would move along quickly, especially based on how the site made it seem. Instead, it kind of just sat there for a few days with no real update, which was frustrating.

The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, so I don’t have complaints there. It just took longer than I expected, and if I needed something by a certain date, I’d probably be more careful about ordering from them again.

"Got the wrong holster, but they fixed it"
My order showed up quickly, but the weird part is they sent me the wrong holster model. I had to go back and forth with support over a few emails before they got it sorted out. They did fix the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it was still annoying and ended up delaying my range trip.

"Not the best experiance"
I thought the whole thing would go a bit smoother, but it ended up being kinda frustrating. The site itself was fine, nothing amazing but easy enough to use. The main issue was that my order updates were really slow, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really give me much help. The product was okay when it finally got here, but overall it just wasn’t enough to make me feel good about the purchase.
